Field Trips

This post is a compilation of several posts about visits to museums and battle sites. I always find it helpful to see uniforms, weapons, fortifications and the layout of the land where the fighting took place as that allows me to paint my figures and build terrain that is more realistic. Plus as a WWII history buff, I also enjoy getting deeper into the history of what happened where, why, by whom and how?
